In 2023 ETL sponsored the law societies of several universities. While I could see that financial sponsorship helped them to host events, I concluded that there had to be a better way for myself and my team to support the next generation of criminal lawyers. From there, the CLIP idea was born.
CLIP is intended to open the door for those students or lawyers who do not otherwise have any industry connections but have a real and genuine desire to practice in criminal law. The goal is that during your time in CLIP you gain a real understanding of the importance of this work and that there is a place for you in this industry, you just have to find it.
